In the event a customer does not receive the services that were agreed to in writing, and paid for in advance of the delivery, a refund request will be considered. If for the following reasons: a delivery that arrived more than 2 hours beyond the agreed time, or if the delivery does not arrive, or if there is damage to the cargo, or damage to the customers personal property, a refund can be requested. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis, by the company, and the company will issue a partial or full refund to the customer if the company determines the company or its representatives were at fault. If a discrepancy can't be resolved amicably we reserve the right to hire a third party to mediate the dispute.
